Hi, I'm Caroline!
I specialize in the treatment of Eating Disorders and comorbid mood and anxiety disorders. I have practiced at various levels of care, including the Intensive Outpatient (IOP) level of care working with a variety of demographics. I am clinically trained in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate these treatment modalities into my work as a therapist.
How I Help
I draw from various therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Health at Every Size (HAES), Psychodynamic, and Strengths Based. My goal as a therapist is for my clients to feel safe, supported, and heard in session, while also being encouraged to challenge ineffective behaviors and thought patterns. I believe in the importance of meeting a client where they are to help support their healing.
