How I Help

In our work together, you will learn how to tap into your coping strategies, practice mindfulness, and increase self-awareness.  We will also take time to attend to your unconscious beliefs, personal traumas, and attachment ruptures.

My main goal is to help you learn healthier behaviors and develop valuable insight in order to experience moments of healing and growth.  I believe deeply in the healing power of a secure therapeutic alliance.  I strive to create an environment of safety, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard.

More About Me

In my free time, you can find me buying books that I may or may not read, watering countless plants, or trying to find the best chai latte in Austin.

I also enjoy spending time outside, going for runs around Town Lake, and checking out local restaurants with my husband and our fur baby, Hutch

Hutch, Therapy Dog

This is my beloved pup, Hutch! He often comes to the office with me to offer up cuddles and emotional support during session.
