Group Therapy has been around for many years and has been proven to be an effective and evidence-based approach to treating or coping with many of lifes circumstances. Group Therapy can be a helpful way to find support with others, while also learning more about yourself. Many groups are topic or issue specific, while some groups are geared towards specific age groups or populations.
