Hi, I'm Ned!
I am a psychotherapist in Austin, Texas specializing in depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and men's issues. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Social Work after spending more than a decade as an educator.
I provide individual therapy to people of all ages from middle childhood to later adulthood. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings and have supported individuals through a wide range of mental health issues and life stressors.
How I Help
In our work together I will use a person-centered approach that prioritizes your unique strengths and needs. Through this safe, accepting and non-judgmental process we will explore your unconscious beliefs, traumas, and attachment experiences in order to strengthen your coping strategies and uncover new possibilities.

The key to all successful therapeutic experiences is developing a secure therapeutic alliance. I will work with you to focus on your reactions and behaviors in the here and now. This provides an opportunity to practice different coping strategies and ensures that our work together translates into the rest of your life.

Each person contains within themself the keys to healing, growing and learning to lead a more fulfilling life. The goal of our work together is to help you uncover them.
